March was a busy month.  Austen entered a ski competition called the Big Mountain Challenge.

Miranda got baptized.

 Aunt Tara made her a really nice cake.

And of course we skied.  I couldn't resist the sunrise progression one morning.  I hope we all recognize the power of the sun in our lives.  Literally and figuratively...

Another day there was a halo cloud ring around the sun.  I couldn't get it all in the picture but you can get the idea from this pic.

Austen tried jumping over a natural obstacle at the hill.  Sometimes he made it...

And sometimes he didn't...

 I love his natural ability and his belief that he can "do it".  He's a pretty good little skier.
