The other day three of my kids and I biked to the ice caves. While they swam and jumped off the rock, I did a few rounds on my poor neglected socks.
Then they wanted to ride to the ice cream shop to get some...er, ice cream.
First we had to bike back to the car to get some money.
This I know: sitting on bench in the best known secret in Calgary, i.e. Fish Creek Park, with 3 happy children eating some delicious double chocolate fudge brownie ice cream is about as perfect a day as you can get. Apparently the feeling was felt by all, as Miranda said on the way home, "This was so fun, can we do it again tomorrow?"
