The sun was shining and the temperature was above zero and it was time for a little Distraction Tactic. Instead of knitting furiously on my Olympic project, Austen and I went out to Hawk Ridge for a little cross-country skiing. 'Course Austen couldn't resist a little downhill skiing...

Looks like fun! I've never been skiing before. Which actually is a little weird because my uncle is a skiing instructor and I grew up in the North...
