November

I love going on fieldtrips with my kids.  This one was a nice hike in the Cross Conservation Area. 

Even though it was only November, Lake Louise had enough snow for us to put our season's pass into operation.  Writing this in Februray allows me to note that they had more snow in November than they do now...

It would have been a fun day if the skiers weren't overwhelmingly outnumbered by the snow boarders.  I could not get over how many there were.  I did one run and that was enough.  I have an unhealthy aversion to snowboarders.  And it was fairly earned.
